Is that the most up to date PPTO accrual rate policy? My state requires at least 1 hour of PPTO for every 40 hours worked, but that document shows we're under the national plan where part timers get 1 hour for every 43.33 hours worked. If you want your PTO "granted" all at once for the year, you'll have to move up to salary.
